same problems. For a couple of weeks it will work and then starts losing the signal and internet services constantly.

I keep losing the u verse signal and my internet will not work. I have rebooted,etc. If I turn to a different channel and then back to the one I am on, sometime it comes back on but a few minute later loses it again. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the response. I do not have access to another computer at this time. I also cannot seem to reset Safari. I do not have the "reset" option and when I go to the privacy setting, nothing happens.

I can no longer hear voice mail on my computer. It shows to be downloading and running but there is no sound. At one time I could hear it. At one time Safari worked but now it cannot connect to the server. ATT says it is Apple's problem and Apple says it is ATT's problem. I am ready to go back to Time Warner.
