Hi @pyredex , To my knowledge, there is no specific function for NAT Loopback on any U-verse router. You may have setup the 3800 in DMZ mode and allocated a private IP address to a device, which allowed for the NAT Loopback. This can also be done on the NVG589 through passthrough and ip allocation. Hope that answered your question. -David T

Hi @henry-in-florida , It will not. When you disable the wireless, it just disables the wireless broadcast on the router. The WAP will still be connected via Ethernet cable to the RG and will still broadcast the wireless signal to the receiver. Hope this helps. -David T

Hi @jerH , Sorry about the issues you are having, but I will be glad to help. It is true that you have to be connected to the same subnet as our router in order for the U-verse live TV programming to work. If you put your router in bridge mode, you will be able to achieve this, but I do not know if you will still have the capability to block websites when it is in bridge ...

Hi @bmy , I apologize about the issues you are having with the iPhone App. There was an update to the app recently, so if you have not updated, hopefully, that will help fix it. If it does not, try to uninstall/reinstall the app. Also, make sure you are updated to IOS 7. Hope this helps. -David T

Is it possible to update to the one below Maverick, Lion/Mountain Lion? If so, then you can try to see if Safari Version 6.1.3 or 7.0.3 will help remedy the issue. -David T

Thanks for posting this @Computer-Joe ! I've been reading about this for the past few days, and have taken your advice and made those changes on IE for precautionary measures. My primary browser in the household is Google Chrome, but we do have IE on all the computers still. -David T

Hi @Khaer , I apologize about the issues you are having with your router, but I will be glad to help. It definitely sounds like there may be an issue with the NVG510, since you were able to setup one device correctly, but the other device is not working when going through the exact same steps. I ran into this issue in the past, and I am thinking the NVG510 is not acquirin...

Hi @hernandez4267486 , I apologize about the issues you are having with the OnDemand. One thing that might help is to switch to list view where you will get one large picture of the content you have selected. To do so: In the on demand menu, press the right arrow once. You will see 3 options to the left. Select the bottom one to toggle between the views and press OK. Hope...

Hi beefamato , Sadly, once your account is fully cancelled, there is no way to reinstate it, but you should easily be able to place another order. You may even be able to keep the equipment, but it is probably best to return it to avoid any complications. Just go to the online ordering site and place an order here . Let us know if you have any issues, and we will be glad ...

Hi briansix , I apologize about the inconveniences. But yes, you can disable that message. If you login to the U-verse router at http://192.168.1.254, go to Settings -> System Info -> Event Notifications, there will be an option for Router-Behind-Router Detection and Broadband Status Notification. If it is already unchecked, I would try checking it, saving, and then unche...

Hi woohilo07 , You can definitely add a 3rd party router to your configuration to remedy that issue. Every router has a different number of sessions it can handle. All you need to do is set the 3rd party router in DMZ mode , and that router will handle NAT off the devices behind it and handle the inbound and outbound sessions. With your current sessions using 1024 session...

Hi houston01, With you being able to see your other router, that just means the routing tables are setup correctly to send the data to the appropriate places. As long as your routing paths are setup correctly, then you should be able to access any part of your network. What is probably happening with your connection is that your router gets a packet with a destination IP ...

Hi Visitor01, I am not sure what was causing nh_0402's issue, but here are some things that were done to fix others accounts Reinstall Java and Microsoft Silverlight Disable all your firewalls (including Windows) to see if it was a firewall issue Make sure you are directly connected to the U-verse router when testing Make sure you are signing in with your primary ID. Also...
