To answer your question, on your Android device, go to the Play Store. Look up UVerse, and you should see a number of applications -- remote control, etc., but there is one called U-Verse. Once you log in with your U-Verse credentials, you'll be able to set your DVR, look at the guide, and even watch live TV. To see on your computer, go to www.uverse.com Hope that helps -...

It would be easiest for you, and easiest for the technician, to simply switch out your equipment for new....I would also ask them to check the gateway and for signal loss as long as they are there. Can't hurt to know you're getting your full profile speed. ...So, to be of further help, Google: U-Verse Customer Service phone number. Call them and tell them the problem. ASK...

So, Computer-Joe, if I follow your formula, would it not be an analogous policy to say that when it comes to, say, premium-brand cars, that no one should be allowed to buy a car that is better than anyone else's car? It seems to me, following your logic, that we (as a country) should be capping speeds to customers, and not allow them to customize their services, because t...

Just curious, did you try having your friend log OUT of U-Verse (log out of att.com and also log out of uverse.com), and then log IN with YOUr credentials?

You will also get a very fast response from the Social Media team(s) if you post on Facebook.com/uverse .

Well, this sure is a hot topic lately...so let me put the question like this: Let's say you, as a customer, use Youtube more than you use Netflix. Your situation might be that you're close to a Netflix content server, but farther away from a Youtube server. So because of this, you'd like to pay...I dunno, $3/ month or whatever the market sets as the rate...and for this pa...

No. It's not the right answer. :-) I'm at the office right now, and I'm logged into HBOGO. Here's what's probably happening...(this is a technical, educated guess, not necessarily the case). Your parents' U-Verse gateway has an IP address associated with it. I would bet that IP address is connected to your U-Verse account info...inside the account info is some sort of mar...

FYI, as an update, I set my text DPI back to 200%, and the video window is still the way it should be. One of those computer glitches that just needed to be changed, and then changed back! Yay!

Thanks, americangame! You nailed it. It was the first suggestion you gave -- DPI was too high. I like to have that at 150% because my TV is my monitor, and it's easier to read things from my couch with that higher DPI. It's too bad I can't keep it at 150% if I want to watch the shows, but that's a very easy workaround that I can set to a lower DPI when I want to watch, an...
