We all know DSL is no longer being supported, and awhile back ATT sent me a letter saying they couldn't even provide speed I was paying for so they dropped my cost. Same deal here. Been with ATT longer, but dont get the benefit. Called ATT today and was told they could improve my service and cut $30 off my bill....oops they realized I am an existing customer and could/would not honor the agreed upon deal. THinking of this as well. ATT isn't willing to support existing services or customers. Why should we pay for the new people to sign up. Split the difference, no need to gouge me.

Last week I was visited at home, and upon my own research learned most of the info was correct when I called ATT directly. However, the devil is in the details and ATT would not honor their own deal when I called them.
