OtoMax. I'm a he. This forum is a public place for everyone to post aid or suggestions. As my employee tag states, my thoughts are my own and don't represent AT&T. I took time to try and understand your situation to try and help. Unfortunately my words just got twisted around into me assuming you don't know how to read your bill properly. I apologize that you feel that I ...

Hello, MJ! Thanks for being the best part of AT&T! Grandfathered plans are able to be provisioned over to other smart phone devices. I would go into an AT&T Company Store and have them process the equipment change for you. Cheers!

Hello! Sorry to hear you feel you've been misled. AT&T is very open and clear about the plans and prices and promotions. You added your new line at Walmart. They are an authorized retailer for AT&T. The store rep you spoke to their should have informed you of the price plans and agreements. On a 10GIG Mobile Share Value plan, it breaks down as follows. 10 Gigs of Data = $...

There should be no delay for the credits to phase in. There is also no catch. Everything should be in back and white. A 10 GIG Plan is $100 for your bucket of data. Each SmartPhone on this plan is $15 or $40 a month depending on its criteria. If you signed a two year agreement prior to Feb 1 2014, are under no contract, or sign the next installment plan you qualify for th...

I apologize, but I think this comment is a tad bit far. Safety is always our top priority.

Hi There! Let me start off by warning you on buying a non AT&T iPhone online. AT&T doesn't guarantee service on any non AT&T phone. So even if the device is unlocked, it may not work. We use a service called GSM, where Verizon & Sprint use CDMA. So if you buy a Unlocked iPhone from them, your service would not work either. Now, if you buy an AT&T iPhone, and want to use i...

Yes. Feel free to stop into any of our COR stores. If you stop into an Authorized Retailer, they may charge up to 29.99 for a Sim Card, where you can get one for free at any of our Corporate Owned Stores.

I misunderstood your question. If you port the number out to another carrier, then its your number still. If you cancel it, the number remains with AT&T, and goes back into cycle, being unavailable for 90 days before it can be used again. I work in a COR Mobility store, who told you we no longer did the Early Upgrade of $250 + Price of Phone? I was under the assumption we...

You should be able to switch the equipment back at no cost, depending on where you go. Call into Customer Care or go into a COR store and they should help out. If you go to an Authorized Retailer, they could charge you for the process or sim card as they have different policies.
