I would suggest you to run a complete scan of your computer and then check. This is an issue due to virus attack which sends packet to/fro the internet. You can install Mcafee from AT&T here If the problem persists, initiate a chat and the agent will replace the modem for you or may dispatch a technician to get it replaced.

Hi ecp2956 Do you mean connecting the TV directly to the modem ? That is not possible. You need to connect a receiver to the modem via Ethernet/coax and receiver to TV via HDMI/ video inputs. As said by aviewer , You can pause LIVE TV on all the connected receivers. You just need to have a DVR powered ON in your house/service location and connected connected to the home network.. The DVR will store the shows which you record from the wireless receiver.
