I would request you to contact AT&T Uverse specialist through online chat support (24/7) or through calling the voice call specialist at 1(800)288-2020. They are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central; Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm Central. Thank you.

With effect from 01/01/14, The "Baby TV" channel (#330) is removed from U200 package and U300 package. The "Baby TV" channel (#330) is now available with UFamily package and U450 Package. Yes, the Uverse DVR must be powered ON. So that you'll be allowed to use the DVR features on the other Uverse receivers.
