I might look at it the other way. The reason no IPTV service is offered is becuase my circuit is not connected to the VRAD. For the same reason, the tech comes with the 510 RG. Circuit is connected to IP-DSLAM at CO and not VRAD. I certainly hope so! I went through a similar conversation last April, the only difference being I hadn't proved that our lines go to an actual VRAD within the maximum allowable range for VDSL. Now that we've proven it, I hope it changes things. It has been a long battle trying to get someone on the ground here who can actually put their hands on things and get them fixed...
