I just received several text messages from cusomer support to rate my experience. I was very honest. I gave very low ratings, and responded that I would not recommend AT&T to ANYONE UNTIL THIS BILLING ISSUE IS RESOLVED. I am just glad I did not set up automatic payments.

Just wanted to share that AT&T values a 15+ year customer by compensating them with a $20 credit for being on hold for over 2 hours. The issue is over a $300 + billing error that is still not resolved, in which each of the customer service representatives admit it is an AT&T error that should be fixed by another department on the day my bill is due.
