Between 4 chat sessions and multiple 1 hour plus class on hold (only to be told they are closed), transfers to Direct TV which I don't have and my current call over over 2 hours (which they hung up on me once...). The IPN4320 is connected to my tv in the living room which we've been recording on. The ISB7005 is the new box we just received to put in our room. Those are the only 2 "boxes" that we have.

I'm not quite sure... My old box is a IPN4320 My new box is a ISB7005 Both say that they are internet protocol set top boxes and they box have all of the same buttons / lights. I'm assuming they are the dvr's since I do not have any other boxes outside my internet gateway.

I just upgraded, and received, my wireless u-verse box but before setting it up I wanted to find out what happens to my recorded shows / movies. Is there a way to transfer them to the new box?

So I hang up after 45 minutes on hold and call back... guess what??! The "Specalists" who I was supposed to speak to had all gone home for the day and they were just going to leave me on hold. What is wrong with this company?

I sent a message... lets see if I'm helped. Also another FYI i'm on the phone with AT&T for the 3rd time in a week... guess how long my wait time is?? 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I first called it said the wait time is 5 miutes.... AT&T purposely puts people on hold until they hang up.
