ATT has a very large market share. As such they are not forced to respect you as a consumer. Their respect is for your money and their bottom line. They are continuing to lose ground to pretty much every carrier, getting blown away lately by Verizon obviously, and losing quarterlies for the first time EVER to TMobile. The plan is still $160 per month. There's nothing wrong with the advertising. It doesn't say the plan AND phones will total $160.

It's my understanding that the problem with ATT certification is not what you say but that it's because of integration with att bloatware paid for by 3rd party sources to ATT.

I believe it's because when the phone hibernates it stops the lte conection to save battery. It happens to me every morning when I wake up.
