On our business account phone numbers (where we have several phone numbers), they all say the company name for the caller ID. I logged in as an admin to my business account at https://www.wireless.att.com/businesscare/ and was able to update the wireless user information for one of the users but that info doesn't appear to have changed the Caller ID.
