Still having problems with recording of TV SERIES. Online and on the TV. 3 weeks and counting. Anyone else with this problem?

Thanks for the reply Chris, but I'm trying to record a SERIES, weekly installments of one tv show. As it turns out, I can't even schedule the series through the tv. I can record each installment individually, through the online DVR and the tv, but not using the 'series' feature. A major glitch, apparently.

I have tried for the past two weeks to set the online DVR to record a tv series, but get back the message " We could'nt communicate with your DVR...". I can set individual dates of the series (one by one), but not the whole series. Anyone else with this problem?

"More often than not that website goes on the fritz, right now it will not sign me in. I click the sign in and brings up the auto sign in. Click OK and can see it's going thru the sign in then logs me out and back to sign in generic page." I was getting the same thing happening. I deleted uverse cookies yesterday and today. Is anyone else having a problem logging in to the online DVR Remote? This started happening yesterday, 3/27/2016, and has continued into today, 3/28. I try to log in and at times it will log in, I enter the search name for a movie, but it says "Sorry, the show is not available for your local TV listing." Other times, I can't even log in, it continues to say "log in".

First World Problem... good one. And, he's right. This nonsense, while not consuming me, has very much annoyed me. I rely on this site. Which is kind of sad, actually. I've had the same thing happen with scheduling. When I get fed up with the issue, leave for an hour or two, come back and check scheduled, it shows the movies or shows I tried to schedule earlier. I've had problems continuously for 3-4 weeks now. I thought it was working in Firefox (but not IE) 2 or 3 days ago , but I was wrong. I sent a private message to the ATTU-verseCare Support (and his tech crew) that has been trying to help me, asking that he check this forum and possibly contact the individuals who are having the same problem that I am.

I tried the MyYahoo suggestion also. Didn't help. Most of the shows I tried to record are now showing up. Still cannot record new shows or series. You might try calling ATT to get them to look at your individual problem as they are doing for me. It would be interesting to know how many people are having this problem.
