So is there a solution. I have had the same issue with my dvr forever. New batteries don't help. Tried the IR remote, same issue. The bix acts like a Comcrap box lol, total annoying

Omg, had to watch Fox 5 on demand because I missed a few shows. Awful! You cannot ff and I have to watch a ton of commercials. Never ever again! Uverse please change your on demand. I absolutely hate it.

Thank you, I am waiting. I tried to get a credit for the period I was unable to use the service but had a quite rude agent that has me starting to get angry. I spoke with a [Edited to comply with Guidelines] who also stated I should not be paying fir services that I cannot use. I will wait the day and hope I AM indeef still a valued customer.

Thx, did that. Tried calling them to see if I can get a discount for the time not used. The lady told me you don't pay less mortgage when you go on vacation. I am absolutely apalled. She also called me a liar basically that I couldn't get through to billing. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB if I do not get a solution from CC.

It may, sometimes it is just inches. But in the end if you cannot get the HOA to approve the cables being moved, there is not too much anyone can do.

Sounds like a loop length issue to me. CAT5 may or may not help but will still get interference if this is the cause. In my opinion you should get a Facilities Tech out to reprovision the lines to the premise if at all possible.
