I want to continue my same go phone account, but change to an unlocked iphone 5s (I now use an iphone 4) The simm cards I believe are not the same? How do I get a new simm card and keep the same account?

I got a few suggestions of things to try the first day or so. The rest have been just responses of people having the same problem. My system only does it maybe every couple of weeks (3times now) I really don't think it's fixable on my end I gues just something you have to put up with if you want DT.

I have completed the tests: Short Smart Test-passed Long Smart Test-passed File System Verification -passed Does this tell anything about what my problem might be?

I ran the "short smart test" and it passed I saw several other tests, but not sure which one would be the "File Test"? You mentioned. The "Surface Test" I will wait until maybe tonight when we don't need the TV. I am a little nervous about losing recordings with the "Surface Test" is it safe to do?

Hi, Thanks for replying. Yes it recorded the show, but in 2 seperate recordings. It stopped after 29 minutes (about when I had the lock up) Then started recording again 2 minutes later. I have the 2 hour long show in 2 parts. This time it fixed itself during the night. Before I have pushed the red button and rebooted the DVR to get out of the lock up. Nothing I pressed on...

Several times in the past 2 weeks my HD-DVR "locks up" while I deleting a recorded show from the recorded menu list. Instead of just deleting it it says "Please Wait" and gets hung up trying to complete the task. I have rebooted the system to fix it, but last night I was recording a show on another channel at the time it happen and didn't want to lose it, so after 15 min ...
