Fine-print says nothing about repair-availability. They will service it via the policy but it starts the declining deductible clock again.? Just stuck", with the not-so-desirable options. AT&T says sorry.

Yes, ATT does local screen repair see image. Don't want to pay deductible since it's same as cost and starts decreasing deductible clock again.

Bought new LG G5 in March - dropped and cracked screen (rats) - insurance deductible is $225 (ouch) - want to get it fixed but not through insurance otherwise the declining deductible clock will restart - can have it fixed at local ATT repair facility but it's not yet ready to repair this new model - can take it to a local shop for $180 but that will void warranty - seems...

RIGHT ON! I tried ICS update on my i777 and my computer crashed both times (blue screen of death) and I had to take my phone to the ATT device store and have Gingerbread reinstalled. AT THE STORE THEY THEMSELVES told me NOT to upgrade to ICS. Originally ATT told me about the available upgrade via text message. SO WHY DIDN'T THEY TEXT ME TO ADVISE ME TO NOT UPGRADE? Honest...
