Has this been addressed yet? I just started working for a company with a business account with AT&T and several hundred users all across the USA. I work from home in Seattle and have terrible service and want to get a Microcell but I'm pretty sure I can't activate it.

There is no "program" button on this remote. Programming is done through the HR24. You use the HR24 to pick your hardware and then the HR24 "programs" the remote. After programming AV1 you are given a choice to make it the default volume control but that fails as the remote forgets the codes to control the volume sometime during the initial programming.

I have a brand new HR24 and NAD T753 Receiver I am trying to set up. I go through the auto program steps and pick the NAD T753 and when you test it immediately after programming right before you click "It worked" and it in fact does work both power and volume control. Then I click "it worked" and exit back to tv mode. Then switch the remote to AV1 and power on/off of the ...

Here is what I found out at DBSTALK - the new dishes include a SWM LNB that supports up to 8 tuners and therefore a new residential or apartment balcony install where you have your own dish does not require an extra switch.
