Finally resolved my email suspension issue - it was over $7. I had a new Visa card issued and this month's billing didn't go through because of the new card. Ok...I own that, but it shouldn't have taken 5 days and 7 calls to 4 different departments to resolve this. I did the very same thing 2 days ago. I'm not sure about "prompt", but any informed reply would be good at this point. In speaking with yet ANOTHER support person today I was told that this was a billing issue and that I would have to call a different number on Monday and that I may not be able to retrieve my emails - EVER. I have the exact same problem and after 5 calls to AT&T I've had no success in reinstating my email accounts (that I use for business as well as personal). Extremely frustrating !! I've been given 5 different answers and nothing has resolved my issue. Please help !! Eric {personal content removed for safety}
