Not trying to insult you but there are two types of VVM available on google play. I tried to explain that to tech support this weekend and they were not understanding. When I get through the set up it tells me that it has not received a verification code. It then tells me to check my account that VVM is active (it is) and to check my network connection (I did with Tech support and it works). Then it tells me to call my VM again. I do and still nothing. That is all it says.

Yes, my DECA is hardwired straight to the wireless router. He removed the wireless cinema connection kit and installed the DECA, like I said wired straight into router. The PI was also moved (and replaced) outside the house where the cables from satellite enter the garage. So, more detail on my set up (after 3 techs hands in on it)...... 1 line in from satellite to an 8 w...

I had same issue. With the help of a case manager the last tech uninstalled the wireless connection from DirecTV and installed a hardwired connection directly to my home router. It has worked amazingly well. No glitches and fast downloads and (so far) all my other devices continue to operate great just as they did before.

Finally got it! the last tech uninstalled the wireless connection from DirecTV and installed a hardwired connection directly to my home router. It has worked amazingly well. No glitches and fast downloads and (so far) all my other devices continue to operate great just as they did before.
