It's all in the ''location" when it comes to your cell service. And if you read the fine print all cellphone companies will have a disclaimer that states they do not guarantee service will work all the time for everyone. There is going to be drops in service from a variety of uncontrollable events. Maybe we should all go back to landlines. I'm tired of people complaining ...

Have you tried using the phone automated system? Dial 611 from your cell phone and follow the prompts. It's the same as going online. Having a Premier account (business account) shouldn't prevent you from being able to pay your bill.

Just to let you know it's not just AT&T. I had Sprint and rec'd a spam text that sucked me into a monthly subscribtion. So they all allow this to happen unfortunately. It's basically up to the consumer to pay attention to their bills each month.

If this is your first bill after you changed your rate plan to the 1400 mid billing cycle you may be seeing a prorated bill. Depending on if you are on advance billing or arrears billing.
