I'd be happy to cancel my access iD and just have my old access to wireless using my phone number... Guess what, after creating a universal access ID, the old wireless login is disabled until you link it to the new universal access id. I've tried to link my wireless account to my new access ID since 1-21-2012 ..... today is 2-11-2012!!! I still cannot access my wireless account! Anyone else with this problem? I cannot even find live support on att.com anymore. my livechat is not showing up! only this automated system that takes me in circles.... waste of time!!!!
