Agreed, you definitely should be able to keep your granfathered data plan when getting a new device to your account... Hmm... then how come I was just told that you can't add a Galaxy Gear S watch to my Galaxy S5 account without giving up my data plan ?

I am a Premier customer who was finally able to pre-order a Galaxy Note after 2 days. I have been out if contract for 2 years so eligibility was not an issue.
