Though that may be a high amnt of data for myself, I'm not one to preach about how much is reasonable for others to use. I was throttled @2.1 gb so, consider yourself lucky you made it that far. I hate it too :'( I would recommend apps like dataman that help monitor usage in real-time (not like at&ts app)...

I've used SqaureTrade warranties on all my electronics. They are fangassmic! (I made that word up) But I've actually made 3 claims on a single iPhone and every single time they were fast, and went above and beyond my expectations. Like above poster said...they cover water damage or any damage...even if its your fault. I highly recommend them for iphones in particular.

I agree with 21stNow Also you should think about replacing the battery yourself. Don't pay someone, you can do it. Sites like ifixit will help, give you instruction and the tools.
