No need to reset your box, If you are gettin local channels. This appears to be serious problem at the head end of Uverse. Some channels have come back on, but only a few. I get all the local channels free off of a cheap antenna with a better quality picture. Were it up to me, that is all that I would have, but my wife wants more channels than the 15 or so free ones off the antenna thus, I have Uverse. I dont think AT&T has to carry any channels unless they get a contract with the local stations, and I am sure neither wants to pay the other ...

With this problem, NO NEED to reset your box since you are getting the local channels like others elsewhere, the problem is not between you and your local AT&T office, the problem is probably at the head end location where all the other stations are multiplexed into the line that feeds all towns in the US. This is a serious failure, but I see some channels are coming back ...

What you say wouild sorta be OK, except we are REQUIRED to pay for it whether we watch it or not. I am an advocate for pay by channel, the technology is there and I hope someday I can only pay for the few channels I actually watch. I am sad to see all the bad stuff on some channels, but the bottom line is money, not morality or fairness in any service these days.

I have the ISB7500 and it keeps going into not recording programs and I have to reset it. What is the 2250? Would this replace the ISB7500. Also get freezing of the pictures at times, probably a different trouble as the modem red light blinks at times when it is freezing.
