I have a ROKU Streaming Stick (wireless). The supplied remote doesn't work because it encounters interference from the wifi channel setting on my 2wire gateway (according to roku support). The phone tech didn't really say what he had seen. I think he could see that we had gone through all the online u-fix steps, etc. He scheduled a tech to come out.
