Hi, If you have script blockers enabled in your browser, you may not see the chat tab. I just went to the Contact Us page and the blue Chat Now tab is located on the right side of the screen. Hope that helps.

Hello Sconny84, The home page constantly refreshes as new topics and messages are posted. This helps to keep the front page content current. By default, only a limited number of messages are initially displayed, however yours is still listed. At the bottom of the page, click "Show More" and you can see your topic. Hope that helps!

Hello galadybug53, To log out of the Community, click your avatar in the right upper corner. This will open a new window with a number of options including Log Out. Hope that helps.

Hello Dan in Saint Louis, If you want to jump to the first unread message in a topic or thread, click on ' My Settings ' at the top right of any forum page. My Settings > Preferences > Linear Layout. Place a check mark in 'Jump to first unread post in a topic'. Click Save.
