No other industry that I'm aware of uses this method of 'multiple fulfillment pipeline.' When I go to a company and preorder a product, told that "first come first serve," I have no reason to assume that it's "first come first serve for this pool of 5 units that refreshes every two weeks." It's "first come first serve" period. Well, AT&T does, sorry. I don't know how it's...

As far as hours of video and all the other stuff, on average if you send about 1500 text and emails and view about 400 web pages you can watch almost 3 hours of video a month and your over your 2 gigs. Not sure where ATT gets ther...

Not necessarily. Unless the carrier has unlocked the phone, or it came unlocked from the outset (i.e. you bought a phone that was originally delivered by a european carrier) the phone is probably still locked.

All phones activated via the AT&T website in seconds, everything went smoothly. No complaints. I did have a hardware failure on one of the phones, but that isn't AT&T's problem. Apple replaced it at the Apple store no questions asked the...

It is possible, in theory, IF the phone was produced with antennas that work on both standards, IF radios for both standards were installed, IF the CDMA phones all come with SIMs installed and IF the modem chip was wired into both radios. The odds of all that happening are zero, IMO. They've made ...
