Thanks all for the posts. I did use find my iphone. My battery was full so I don't think the battery ran out an hour after I left it on the bus, I assume whoever sat in that seat turned my phone off so they didn't get the texts and lost notifications. So, I am confused. On 6/13, in Disney, I left my iphone 5s on a bus that takes you from the airport to the hotel. I tracked it with find my iphone and sent the phone a text message from my wife's phone to contact us. Likely not if you don't have tracking info. Mine is in the same boat and in store, the guy said mine hasn't even been shipped yet. Probably 14 days.

Sure you can. If you want to pay full price for the phone. The pre order removes your eligibility for upgrade and cannot be cancelled.

I hope it works for you. It didn't for me. I am pretty annoyed with the preorder process. I waited in line this morning..for my wife's phone and then jusasked if they could cancel my preorder and let me get one out of stock..there were tons of phones. The very nice and helpful rep went through the process and why they couldn't do that. I am pretty bummed but it has taught...

I promised I would log on and post results so I am doing so. It basically takes a leap of faith of the manager of the store, most of which are infinitely more helpful than the phone reps. My phone was ordered. And the manager basically couldn't direct fulfill from the store because of the business account but will hold one of the ones that come in for inventory on the 14t...

Yes. That's correct. No, we haven't given a CSR a chat. No offense to anyone, but phone reps are generally not the most well informed or pleasant to deal with. Even giving the same information, the store reps are generally friendlier and look for options. So, I'll stop in today. thanks for your help.
