At least they gave you an intelligent answer! All they told me was that it must be something I did or something was wrong with my email program. They insisted they made no changes and didn't know anything about it. Since they are "tech support:" how can changes like this be made and they aren't told. It was very frustrating. Wow- I don't feel bad now! haha... I have actually heard from other people that has problems like this when they download their mail to their phones, even regular Yahoo mail. Don't you love how they try to "improve" things that aren't broken?

Thanks, I did go into my mail to see what was up with that yesterday too. The box to use the Spam folder was unchecked. Now I sure as heck didn't uncheck it myself yesterday morning and just noticed all the spam coming through- so they must have changed everyone's. Well David, we sure do disagree. If I accidently delete an email, I can just go into my Delete file in my email program and get it before emptying it. It is a royal pain to have to log into web mail every day to delete hundreds of emails. We should be given an option- so people like us don't have to deal with it, and people like you can choose to. That was useless. Spent another over 30 min. to get the same answers from AT&T. Insisting no changes were made and it is a problem with my email client. I am really frustrated with you guys right now!!! But I should PAY EXTRA for another tech support ? Inbelievable.
