Hey tw33tyz, It's possible the FamilyMap app map not be compatible with your Windows phone (the Titan has Windows Phone 7.5, and the app was designed for Window Phone 7). Hey Bethmegan, I think what the person before was saying is that FamilyMap doesn't automatically update--you have to press the "Locate" button to see a phone's current location on the map. Does the phone pop up in the same place everytime you hit locate?

Hey kturg, Sorry you're having trouble! What did the message say, exactly? One thing it might be is if your kid doesn't have service or has their phone turned off when a schedule check fires, you'll get a notification saying that we couldn't locate them at that time. Thanks, Jacob

Hey vstitt, Sorry you're having trouble! You should give AT&T support a call--they should be able to make you the administrator on your account/let you sign back up with your old phone number. Hey Halocome, I asked around and I don't think think you need a data plan to use GPS. I'm double checking just to make sure. Another thing is if your child is located inside, in a car or near a large reflective surface like a lake, the GPS satellites may have trouble locating their phone. Hey Halocme, There's a couple of things that could be causing the problem you're having with locate failures. The most likely one is that GPS may not be available/turned on in the phones you are trying to locate. We use a couple different methods to locate phones. GPS is the most accurate. Hey Halocme, I followed up with our support people--we do have your ticket in the system, but for some reason, your phone number isn't showing up in our database. They're are a couple of reasons why this might be happening, so we're following up with the at&t rep you spoke with on the phone. I'll get back to you as soon as I know more.
