Hello, Sorry to hear about that your bill is to high. You are always welcome to call AT&T or visit a local COR store and they will be able to go over your bill with you and discuss better plans with you.

Hey there edna, sorry to hear about the unwanted phone calls your encountering with us! Now are you getting calls from telemarketers or just random partys? If it is a telemarketer, then you will need to unsubscribe from their calling list. Apologies, but you can't block telemarketers, however, you can block regular partys that are harassing you with smart limits. Thank you...

Hey there B2K! Have you tried using a different battery (if possible) and trying a different phone charger? Also, make sure your phone battery is completely in the phone depending on what type of phone you are using.
