Smartlimits for Wireless only works on non-smartphone devices for restricting internet access. I would suggest removing soon if that is all you have it for. The only way to "police" your data is to download an 3rd party app to keep up with usage or use *3282# *DATA# or use our att mywireless app or web site

We can't make copies i would recommend looking for software that could allow you to download them to your computer.

Mr. Randum we do have an alert of when you have exceeded $100 worth of your texting allowment. Now if you want something the feature you are referring to in the Parental Controls is SmartLimits. If someone on there home computer is on a Instant Messenger service and knows your number and sends you a SMS via their home computer on that Instant Messenger that is included. Unfortunately we do not keep records of text messages. That is your private information that is enclosed within that message. Once it is removed from the phone the message are not retrievable.

First I want to apologize about the your experience you had, but I can assist you. The reason they ask if you recently changed to a smartphone because some smartphone disable the basic voicemail and activate the visual voicemail. Have you recently inserted your SIM card in a Smartphone?

That is a very common issue. When you upgrade to the iPhone on your line you also upgrade your voicemail to the Visual Voicemail. Since you are not using that iPhone anymore you will need to turn your basic Voicemail back on. Customer service will have to assist you with this issue.
