Mcell the FTCell was made to have a static not a dynamic IP. to create a cell bubble approx 12M takes a lot of show. 1. you are the Tower, 2. MSC creates a cell site for you. 3. The Mcell is a boring little tool, it has no understanding of your modem, when then modem (your ISP) cycles at night it, will give you another ip, the little Mcell has to think, but it's not a smart guy like us. to start wih set up as this modem> MicroCell> Router. The Mcell was made to have latency on recover of power/swirtch issues. Meaning the modem IP Dynamic changes ...

The microcell is dependent an ip, so if the modem takes a powder you have to powercycle each in order. The Mcell powers up fatser then a modem , treat it like router. Remeber you are creating a cell tower in your home,( VLR,HLR, MSC,SGSN). All shall apply just like drivin' down the highway, handoff to handoff. I was looking at your post. We've been using this in ops for years The femtocell (3GMicoCell by Cisco) has it's issue, modem to swirch to microcell then run the rest of stuff of of the switch. Call AT&T and whine like you do here and they will give you a credit.

I do not speak for AT&T If 2 or more devices at 1 address and calls fail, end and go straight voicemail\ it must be Network.
