in regards to this, unfortunately we dont have access to that. Even with a court order we cannot provide it because its information our systems do not store. you can always check your bill or your usage online on your mywireless account when a blocked number calls it just reads as a call recieved from your own number. as far as im concerned the 100.00 off promotion is device specific and it should not affect the promotion nation plan or family plan, that is my understanding of it. I would call in to customer care and see if they could locate an account with either your name or ssn so that we could verify that it is a mistake and verify no one is commiting fraud in your name! this would be considered a transfer of billing responsibility, i believe that you could proccess this transfer not a problem, but your new account would have to be in the same "market" so the primary place of use may have to stay the same. well for family plan unlimited att offerrs it for 70.00 for the primary line and 49.99 for the secondary line for minutes. unlimited texting on a family plan is 30.00 a month, one charge which includes all lines on the account up to 5 lines. it may have been conflicting with pay per use or another data plan, it should not conflict with a family level plan. i do suggest you call att by dialing 611 and ask them to proccess that for you, data plans are always eligable with family messaging unlimited as ATT offers to interchange your messaging/data/voice plans!
