At least when AT&T pulled this crap with the Iphone, loyal customers were grandfathered in to the unlimited data plan. We, on the other hand, are granted no such consideration. I'm experiencing the same 5pm - 12am DSL slowdown. It's like clockwork, every day. I'm very glad to have found these forums (I also sent a complaint to the BBB), mainly because I'll be able to point the AT&T tech directly at this URL instead of dancing around the REAL issue for 2-3 weeks. IT'S A NETWORK ISSUE!!!! PLEASE CASCADE THIS TO TIER 2 TECH SUPPORT!!!!!
