Lost u-verse on Friday. It's now WED!!!! I call every day and they're "working on it" ????? I have been a customer for over a year. Apparently, mos only takes e-mails from managers. You can't talk to them. They can't give me a time that it will be fixed and can't guarantee that I will be reimbursed for days without service. I've never seen anything like it

My phone has never worked during a power outage and I'm on chat with someone now and she doesn't know and I can't talk to AT&T on the phone. I don't think that they gave me one. Can anyone give me a straight answer??? The one I'm on chat with says it's on the back of the modem. The modem is a 2wire. I don't see a battery, just a modem. She claims it's a Belkin....?????
