The phone has been blacklisted due to having been reported stolen. You will need to contact AT&T to have the phone removed from the blacklist. If the replacement phone was acquired through an insurance claim you, most likely, need to return one of the phones to the insurance company or you could be looking at insurance fraud if you keep both phones.

You can use an AT&T phone on Straighttalk without unlocking it.(at least you can in my area) You will need to request an AT&T sim card when you sign up.

Did you check your "recently deleted" album? My phone keeps "deleted" photos in the "recently deleted" album for 30 days before permanently deleting them.

Have you tried turning it off and back on? Try doing a network reset and if all that fails you could do a restore on it.

Sure sounds like the power outage caused some issue at your local tower. Have you contacted AT&T or used the "Mark the Spot" app to make them aware of the problem?

You would need to contact AT&T directly. This is simply an users forum. Not sure if AT&T offers plans with free phones anymore.

You are essentially paying the same price for the phone. On a 2 year contract the extra $25 is added each month and is part of the cost of the plan. With Next you get a $25 discount off your plan, but that is offset by the approximately $25/month payment on the cost of the phone.

Straight Talk has plans available that run on the AT&T network. My understanding is you can use your phone, but need to make sure you get and AT&T SIM card.

I ended up restoring the phone and setting it up as a new phone and it then showed 0 hours of usage so restoring from a backup was definitely the issue.

I'm not sure what size sim the windows phone uses. The 3GS uses a "full size" sim. If the sims are the same it should be an easy swap. Swap the sims and call AT&T so they can make the appropriate changes to your plan. The iPhone data plan shouldn't be any more expensive than your current plan.

Actually, I found them. If I pull down on the status bar at the top of the screen they show up there.

I chatted with Apple. They said it was from restoring from the backup of my old iPhone. Apple showed the phone as first being activated today.
