Hi, We have two phones located in Gloucester, MA. They are two very different Android phones but a few days ago both started to show us as being located at a spesific location in Brooklyn, NY instead of the area where we live. I know location isn't as accurate when GPS is off/unavailable, but the location our phones get from the network is completely off, hundereds of mil...

Hi, I have run a router behind router setup for a long time without problems on my old 2-Wire 3600. The 2-Wire died the other day and I got a Pace 5031NV instead. The firmware looked very similar so I set up my other router in a DMZ with the same options I used for the 2-Wire and it worked. Then suddenly I lost Internet connection and when I checked the status of my second...

Thank you! I have set it to WPA2 only and all my computers and devices have been staying on wireless for more than three hours. That has not happned for quite a while, 30 minutes has been the maximum. Maybe the solution is that simple?

I've done more than a quick Google to try to solve this! I am using WPA2 connections and MAC filtering for all my computers and other devices. My question is whether I have to set it to WPA2-PSK (AES) /only/ in the router to maybe stop the random disconnects? On my old router it didn't matter what I set it to as long as WPA2 was supported in the settings.

Hi, I have had a fixed channel (10) set, but security was set to 'WPA-PSK (TKIP and WPA2-PSK (AES)'. Should I set it to WPA2-PSK (AES) only?

Hi, Lately all my computers and phones connected to my wireless network using the 3600HGV router are getting disconnected from wireless approximately every 15 minutes. I then get a "bad password" message for a while until it connects again, but sometims I have to reboot the router to get wireless access back. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this? To me it seems l...

Hi, I've had U-Verse for a couple of weeks and the speed is great, when I finally get to the content that is. Several times a day things slows down drastically. I can't get to content: Web pages takes forever to start loading, long pauses between songs on Pandora and slow getting around in the Android Market on my phone. Then after a wile things gets back to normal, but f...

Glad I found this place. I had DSL with AT&T for years without any problems until an AT&T rep lurerd me into U-Verse by offering three times the bandwidht, no hardware/installation cost for the same monthly fee I paid before. I had a good setup with my old DSL modem set in dummy mode and a D-Link DIR-655 router running the show which did everything I needed and then more....

Thanks! That was the issue. The rules were still assigned to computers on the network. Is this described in docmentation somewhere? If it isn't it should be unless it was me not being able to find it that is... Thanks again!

Hi, I have added some user defined applications on the "Applications, Pinholes and DMZ" screen and assigned them to computers in my network. It all works fine. However, I am not able to remove user defined applications using the "Edit or delete user-defined application" link on the same screen. When I click on the link the list of user defined applications is empty so I c...
