I"ve tried all possible combinations of enabling & disabling options, contacted MS & LG with the same results. I have been able to get a complete or partial sync before losing connection after disabling my firewall (Zonealarm) and rebooting the PC. It doesn't ha...

You can't tap the scteen to wake up the phone. You can change the length of time that the screen stays on by going into Settings/System/Backlight and change the length of time. If your good with a registry editor, you can make the times longer. But the longer the backlight stays on, the shorter your battery will last

Check Ebay & Amazon, I'm sure someone makes a charger like that, and there are plenty of sellers of extra batteries. But a word of caution, be careful of aftermarket batteries. Some can damage your phone and yourself. Cheap aftermarket batteries can overcharge, explode, and catch fire, so be carful of what you buy. Also check this thread out on the LG-Expo.com forums, the...

Heavy web use, watching movies, playing music, using WiFi & Bluetooth will eat up battery power fast. Other things to look at is updates for weather apps, change to manual or the longest setting, Windows Live updates and email, twitter & facebook apps again change to longest update periods or manual. Using GPS is battery hog

With all Windows Mobile Phones Cache and Memory maintenance are a must. Try using a utility like memaid or SK tools. These are the 2 best on the market imo. There are several free apps available through http://www.freewarepocketpc.net Check out the Expo forums at www.LG-expo.com for more help

It makes connection, but sync center or AS says device not detected. On the phone it says trying to connect. There were about 2 or 3 times when the phone synced to PC via USB, but I haven't been able to duplicate the results., I can live with the Bluetoth sync for now , but if I need to flash a new ROM, I will be SOL.
