Off Topic: Who cares about the OP, if you have read any of his other post/threads, you would see that he is a spammer. All his posts are about how AT&T treats non iPhone users like crap. Which is basically what this post was all about, not Froyo.

That doesn't mean that you can't get froyo for your phone. You would either have to: A: build your own version B: download a version someone else has already made But yes I do realize that HTC has to modify froyo to work smoothly with the aria. It's like building ubuntu, they took the Linux kenel and added their own graphical use interface to it.

You do realize that Froyo is made by Google, not HTC, so that means ATT and HTC have nothing to do with the process of Froyo.

I am pretty sure that phones calculate signal strength differently, so just because it says you have a bad signal doesn't mean that you truly have a bad signal. Do things download at an equivalent speed on the aria as they did on your old phone?

First off, Android is way more flexible than the iPhone. Second, AT&T has the fastest network. Third if the iPhone moves to another network (which won't happen for a long time) that network will then do what AT&T did, a similar 2GB data plan because they won't be able to handle the increased bandwidth. The reason why AT&T has a fast network is because of the 2GB plan, peo...
