Been getting the BSOD (Black Screen of Death) periodically on various channels while watching live TV. It literally works fine one minute and then the screen goes black and audio stops. Changing the channel and then going back to it will sometimes fix it and sometimes it won't, and sometimes it works for only 30 seconds before going black again. Other channels do not seem...

Both use MPEG-4 AVC. Directv allocates 8Mbps per HD channel. UVERSE allocates 5.7Mbps per HD channel. The lower bit rate used by UVERSE, especially for 1080i material, causes the codec to "drop" important bits of data in complex scenes that manifests itself as artifacts and loss of clarity and detail in the picture.
