I'm going through the same pain right now. Starting from this morning same symptoms. Tried the usual resets, even removed microcell from my account and added back in again (as suggested by ATT support) but same issue. ATT support claim it must be an internet issue in my house (but my internet light is green!) or maybe a faulty microcell. But they also said two interesting...

forgot to mention, they said that a firmware update was pushed out last night. But I'm sure it's just a coincidence :-)

It's not been working all day (3G light blinking). Done the usual resets, even removed and reactivated my microcell on the website as per instructions from support. support have given up now and suggested either i have a connectivity issue at home or maybe a faulty microcell. The other times I've see this it was a local microcell service outage, I asked but my area wasn't...

I just got off the phone with support - who were very polite, honest and helpful There is indeed a systemwide issue after a software upgrade and they *hope* to get it up and running before the end of the weekend. In the mean time I'm in a deadzone with no real ATT coverage and no microcell. When's verizon getting the iPhone.......
