Thanks for getting back to me. I do not have earlier results. I will try the steps you said and if any errors are found I'll give support a call. If there are not errors how do I go about getting this corrected? I really want to avoid having a tech come to the house to obly tell me what I already know. When the service needs to be done outside

For the last 3 or so days the uverse tv will freeze, go to a screen that says the picture failed to load and then come back for a brief minute or two and then repeat. The internet has been slow as well only getting about 5-6 mb. Good Morning, Late last night I went to turn the box on, and I get the ATT Uverse reboot screen. After waiting several minutes the screen would not go away. I was notified on Wednesday that a new WAN profile needed to be updated. I was in the middle of watched a show, so I put it off. Than I go to check out if it did the update, and I lost my WAN profile. I went from 0 SD/4 HD to 1 SD/3 HD. Has anyone had any issues with this?

I called up uverse. They said that the bridge tap as been removed from my line. However there is alot of "noise" on the line. They are sending a line tech out tomorrow to determine the problem.

I am looking for some help on explaining my Line Stats. I'm pretty close to a VRAD it says 1900 ft, but I'm certain its closer. I have yet to google the actually length from my door to the VRAD. Thanks in advance for your help.
