Thanks for the info, I would have just added it my self online. However, it shows my mothers phone is already being charged for 157 texts and lost mins for calling other people on their cell. WHen it should have come from the unlimted mins feature. So I just think it would be only fair to be credit back for the lost mins and texts I was going to be charged for.
