I'm not sure where to write this but just had the 75 Uverse internet yesterday and the speed is fluctuating from almost nothing to 80mbps. I hope an ATT tech can give me some guidance. Pay a lot for it and want it to work correctly. I already have a call into the tech that installed it and waiting for him to call back. Thanks

I have had AT&T for 5 years. All that time I have had 2 to 3 lines on my account. I have always had the national access discount on all of my lines. When I recently added a 4th line, that is when I found out that I had to have a 50 data plan for the discount. This was changed and I was not notified.

I recently upgraded my wife's iPhone and my son's iPhone. I recieved my bill this month and found that my national access discount for $7.50 was not on my son's iPhone. I called CC and they stated that it will not apply the discount unless you have the new $50 data plan. I then talked to a supervisor which stated the same thing and credited my account $60. I have the same problem. Hannspree tv turns off with att remote, but not turn on. Tried all the codes, but to no avail. Any other ideas? Thanks
