I definitely get them more often than once a week in Atlanta. The noise is awful!

Uniblurb3 wrote: Since you don't want to shut the DVR down, or reboot, try turning off the TV and plug the HDMI cable into another HDMI input port on the TV if there's one available. If you are using HDMI 1 for your current setup some TV's don't like this port when connected to U-verse equipment, especially if it doubles as a DVI port. Have seen some Samsung TV's that hav...

I was watching TV and all of the sudden I got a blue screen with a message at the top that said something about an HDMI error.... then I got snow. I figured maybe the cable had an issue, so I tried two other HDMI cables and the same issue. I don't have any extra component or coax cables lying around the house, so as of right now I cannot watch television on my DVR. I also...

Atlanta, GA... My TV / Internet just came back (7 hours later), and I was offered a $5 credit... I feel so loved... Seriously AT&T = Worst customer service ever! If my only other choice wasn't Comcast, I'd be gone by now!

I live in Atlanta... some channels just not working... Like the ones I want to watch (ESPN2). Frozen pixelated screen. Some channels work fine. Majority don't work at all right now.

Like I said, I talked to the CSR, and she told me that I already had it, but it wasn't showing up on my STB's. That's when I rebooted. I was just saying to give it a shot if you're already on the profile for 3 HD / 1 SD. Again, your best best is to talk to a CSR if you're in a market that has 3 HD, and you aren't receiving it.

I used the online chat to confirm that I have 3 HD. They couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting it, even though I was on the 32/5 profile. If you're already on 32/5, I recommend resetting your DVR. That worked for me. After the reset, my DVR was at 1 SD / 3 HD. I then reset the rest of my STB's, and they are now all on the 1 SD / 3 HD profile. I hope that helps. If you ...

Just got off the phone with tier 2 technical support, and was informed that the DVR is not capable of recording 2 HD and watching a 3rd live. You have to watch the 3rd on another television.

I'm in the Atlanta market (Norcross) and haven't received the 32/5 update yet, but I have received some new features (Channel Shortcuts, Reboot option in menu, etc.)
