Most likely a latency issue. When searching for games in MW2 I usually will searching for games in the 70ms+ latency range on mine. You can see this when you try to going a game, watch the upper right hand corner where it shows the searching for game status. So why not offer a basic VDsl modem that completely goes away from the issues of the 2Wire 3800? They are already charging you $149.99 to install for an internet only uverse install, why not include an internet only device along with it.
