Is port 25 unblocked? By default the there is an SMTP port (25) that is blocked to try to filter out some spam. However, this can also cause problems with third party mail clients... Call their 1-800-288-2020 and ask for tech support, and they can take care of that for you, and if that still does not work for you, they will help you out.
