I have the exact same printer. You have to connect your printer to your computer (via USB) and run the network connection tool (software which came with your printer-I can't remember what it's called- I'm at work right now). Do not use WIndows Network Connection Wizard. This tool will display all networks in range, select the one you have, enter your key, finish the tool,...

Just a shot in the dark here...maybe your wireless transmitter in the RG is failing? If you don't see any interference issues, and the internet works fine wired, that would be my guess. I have heard of transmitter problems in the RG, and a lot of people go to wired because of it. I know this may not be convenient, but I'd try taking my laptop out for coffee at my favorite ...

Same thing happened to me this weekend. I was watching a movie on Starz On-Demand and the audio was maybe .5 sec behind the motion on screen. Only channel I noticed this on. Every other channel and other On-Demand channels look fine. Maybe a problem up-line with that particular channel?

THANK YOU SOMEJOE!! I've been having problems with my download speeds (I have the 12mbs) but every speedtest was showing 2.8-4.0mbs. I was starting to get very frustrated. I too did the tweak test and after changing the RWIN setting once, I'm at 11.2 down, 1.4 up. I'M HAPPIER THAN A PIG IN MUD!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Yep, same thing happened to me here in KC. I got home 12:30am and saw the phone light was out on my Gateway, but Service, Broadband, and everything else was lit. I rebooted the Gateway and lost everything. I called Tech support and they told me there was an outage and the tech support center's servers went down also so they couldn't help me. I decided to go to bed and try...

Same thing here...My connection speed is all over the place. I have the 6 MBS but my speedtest shows anywhere from .9 MB to 3.8. I have got 4.8 once, but that's been the best I've seen. Upload is VERY consistant at .94 MB. Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on???
