I believe that base on my experience, ATT are having ramdom days of maintainance. And sometimes that causes the weird service issues/problems like what you've experienced. And the resolution for that is actually by waiting for the maintainance to be done. Normally maintainance would last 2 to 4 hours. And if not,the step that you did was actually right, that you reboot th...

Shorty, Actually the problem that you were experiencing is an error that is being received when there are multiple connections connected to the DVR at one time. The error is known as an HDCP error. The workaround to this error is to do the following: 1. Disconnect the HDMI and Component cables from the STB 2. Reconnect the HDMI cable 3. Reboot the box. =)

Reboot the receiver. Press the down arrow and OK keys at the same time on the front of the receiver as the receiver restarts (during the time that the Link, HD and Record lights are still on) until a gear appears on the screen (approx. 10 seconds). If the Disaster Recovery screen does not appear, repeat the disaster recovery process. If the Disaster Recovery screen appear...

Have you tried WZC configuration / Wireless Zero Configuration, you could as well try to check. To verify that Wireless Zero Configuration is running, perform the following action: Click Start >> Run . In the Open box, type CMD for a command prompt, and click OK . Finally, type "sc query wzcsvc", and then hit the Enter key to verify if it is running. Ask the Member to go ...

Yeah that's correct. Just turn-off your computer/laptop. There is actually no way of turning off the internet service on the RG unless the RG is out of sync. By that time I believe all of your services will be down. Anyways, as long as you keep your Wireless Network Key no one can connect to your wireless service.
